  43. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
  44. 1. Definitions.
  45. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
  46. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
  47. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
  48. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
  49. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
  50. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
  51. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
  52. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
  53. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
  54. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
  55. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
  56. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
  57. exercising permissions granted by this License.
  58. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
  59. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
  60. source, and configuration files.
  61. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
  62. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
  63. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
  64. and conversions to other media types.
  65. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
  66. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
  67. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
  68. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
  69. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
  70. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
  71. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
  72. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
  73. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
  74. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
  75. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
  76. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
  77. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
  78. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
  79. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
  80. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
  81. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
  82. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
  83. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
  84. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
  85. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
  86. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
  87. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
  88. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
  89. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
  90. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
  91. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
  92. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
  93. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  94. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
  95. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
  96. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
  97. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
  98. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
  99. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  100. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
  101. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
  102. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
  103. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
  104. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
  105. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
  106. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
  107. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
  108. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
  109. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
  110. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
  111. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
  112. as of the date such litigation is filed.
  113. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
  114. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
  115. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  116. meet the following conditions:
  117. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
  118. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
  119. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
  120. stating that You changed the files; and
  121. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
  122. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
  123. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
  124. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  125. the Derivative Works; and
  126. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
  127. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
  128. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
  129. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
  130. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
  131. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
  132. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
  133. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
  134. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
  135. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
  136. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
  137. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
  138. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
  139. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
  140. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  141. as modifying the License.
  142. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
  143. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
  144. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
  145. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
  146. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
  147. the conditions stated in this License.
  148. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
  149. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
  150. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
  151. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
  152. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
  153. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
  154. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
  155. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
  156. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
  157. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
  158. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
  159. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
  160. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
  161. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
  162. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
  163. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
  164. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
  165. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
  166. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
  167. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
  168. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
  169. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
  170. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
  171. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
  172. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
  173. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
  174. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
  175. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
  176. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
  177. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
  178. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  179. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
  180. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
  181. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
  182. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
  183. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
  184. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
  185. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
  186. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
  187. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
  188. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

  232. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
  233. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
  234. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
  235. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
  236. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
  237. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
  238. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
  239. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
  240. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
  241. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
  242. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
  243. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
  244. exercising permissions granted by this License.
  245. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
  246. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
  247. source, and configuration files.
  248. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
  249. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
  250. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
  251. and conversions to other media types.
  252. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
  253. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
  254. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
  255. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
  256. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
  257. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
  258. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
  259. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
  260. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
  261. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
  262. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
  263. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
  264. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
  265. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
  266. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
  267. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
  268. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
  269. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
  270. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
  271. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
  272. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
  273. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
  274. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
  275. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
  276. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
  277. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
  278. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
  279. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
  280. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  281. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
  282. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
  283. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
  284. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
  285. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
  286. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  287. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
  288. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
  289. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
  290. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
  291. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
  292. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
  293. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
  294. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
  295. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
  296. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
  297. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
  298. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
  299. as of the date such litigation is filed.
  300. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
  301. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
  302. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  303. meet the following conditions:
  304. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
  305. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
  306. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
  307. stating that You changed the files; and
  308. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
  309. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
  310. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
  311. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  312. the Derivative Works; and
  313. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
  314. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
  315. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
  316. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
  317. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
  318. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
  319. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
  320. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
  321. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
  322. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
  323. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
  324. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
  325. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
  326. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
  327. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  328. as modifying the License.
  329. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
  330. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
  331. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
  332. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
  333. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
  334. the conditions stated in this License.
  335. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
  336. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
  337. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
  338. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
  339. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
  340. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
  341. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
  342. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
  343. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
  344. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
  345. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
  346. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
  347. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
  348. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
  349. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
  350. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
  351. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
  352. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
  353. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
  354. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
  355. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
  356. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
  357. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
  358. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
  359. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
  360. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
  361. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
  362. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
  363. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
  364. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
  365. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  366. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
  367. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
  368. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
  369. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
  370. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
  371. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
  372. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
  373. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
  374. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
  375. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

  650. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
  651. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
  652. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
  653. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
  654. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
  655. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
  656. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  657. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
  658. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
  659. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
  660. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
  661. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
  662. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  663. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
  664. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
  665. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
  666. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
  667. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
  668. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
  669. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
  670. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
  671. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
  672. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
  673. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
  674. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
  675. as of the date such litigation is filed.
  676. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
  677. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
  678. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  679. meet the following conditions:
  680. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
  681. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
  682. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
  683. stating that You changed the files; and
  684. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
  685. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
  686. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
  687. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  688. the Derivative Works; and
  689. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
  690. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
  691. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
  692. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
  693. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
  694. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
  695. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
  696. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
  697. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
  698. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
  699. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
  700. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
  701. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
  702. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
  703. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  704. as modifying the License.
  705. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
  706. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
  707. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
  708. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
  709. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
  710. the conditions stated in this License.
  711. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
  712. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
  713. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
  714. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
  715. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
  716. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
  717. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
  718. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
  719. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
  720. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
  721. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
  722. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
  723. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
  724. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
  725. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
  726. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
  727. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
  728. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
  729. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
  730. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
  731. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
  732. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
  733. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
  734. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
  735. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
  736. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
  737. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
  738. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
  739. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
  740. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
  741. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  742. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
  743. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
  744. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
  745. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
  746. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
  747. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
  748. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
  749. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
  750. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
  751. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

  776. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
  777. 1. Definitions.
  778. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
  779. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
  780. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
  781. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
  782. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
  783. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
  784. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
  785. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
  786. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
  787. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
  788. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
  789. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
  790. exercising permissions granted by this License.
  791. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
  792. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
  793. source, and configuration files.
  794. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
  795. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
  796. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
  797. and conversions to other media types.
  798. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
  799. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
  800. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
  801. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
  802. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
  803. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
  804. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
  805. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
  806. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
  807. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
  808. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
  809. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
  810. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
  811. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
  812. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
  813. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
  814. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
  815. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
  816. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
  817. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
  818. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
  819. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
  820. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
  821. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
  822. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
  823. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
  824. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
  825. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
  826. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  827. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
  828. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
  829. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
  830. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
  831. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
  832. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  833. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
  834. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,

  836. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
  837. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
  838. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
  839. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
  840. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
  841. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
  842. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
  843. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
  844. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
  845. as of the date such litigation is filed.
  846. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
  847. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
  848. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  849. meet the following conditions:
  850. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
  851. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
  852. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
  853. stating that You changed the files; and
  854. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
  855. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
  856. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
  857. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  858. the Derivative Works; and
  859. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
  860. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
  861. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
  862. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
  863. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
  864. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
  865. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
  866. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
  867. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
  868. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
  869. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
  870. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
  871. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
  872. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
  873. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  874. as modifying the License.
  875. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
  876. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
  877. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
  878. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
  879. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
  880. the conditions stated in this License.
  881. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
  882. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
  883. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
  884. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
  885. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
  886. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed

  902. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
  903. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly

  905. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,

  961. Comment from
  962. <a href="http://iphonedevwiki.net/index.php/Crack_prevention">iPhone Dev Wiki
  963. Crack Prevention</a>: App Store binaries are signed by both their developer
  964. and Apple. This encrypts the binary so that decryption keys are needed in order
  965. to make the binary readable. When iOS executes the binary, the decryption keys
  966. are used to decrypt the binary into a readable state where it is then loaded
  967. into memory and executed. iOS can tell the encryption status of a binary via the
  968. cryptid structure member of LC_ENCRYPTION_INFO MachO load command. If cryptid is
  969. a non-zero value then the binary is encrypted.
  970. 'Cracking' works by letting the kernel decrypt the binary then siphoning the
  971. decrypted data into a new binary file, resigning, and repackaging. This will
  972. only work on jailbroken devices as codesignature validation has been removed.
  973. Resigning takes place because while the codesignature doesn't have to be valid
  974. thanks to the jailbreak, it does have to be in place unless you have AppSync or
  975. similar to disable codesignature checks.

1054. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
1055. exercising permissions granted by this License.
1056. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
1057. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
  1058. source, and configuration files.
1059. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
1060. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
1061. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
1062. and conversions to other media types.
1063. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
1064. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
1065. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
1066. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
1067. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
1068. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
1069. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
1070. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
1071. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
1072. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
1073. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
1074. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
1075. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
1076. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
1077. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
1078. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
1079. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
1080. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
1081. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
1082. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
1083. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
1084. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
1085. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
1086. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
1087. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
1088. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
1089. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
1090. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1091. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  1092. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1093. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
1094. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
1095. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
1096. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1097. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  1098. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1099. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
1100. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
1101. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
1102. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
1103. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
1104. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
1105. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
1106. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
1107. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
1108. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
1109. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
1110. as of the date such litigation is filed.
1111. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
1112. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
1113. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  1114. meet the following conditions:
1115. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
1116. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
1117. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
1118. stating that You changed the files; and
1119. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
1120. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
1121. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
1122. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  1123. the Derivative Works; and
1124. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
1125. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
1126. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
1127. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
1128. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
1129. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
1130. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1131. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1132. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1133. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
1134. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
1135. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
1136. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
1137. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
1138. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  1139. as modifying the License.
1140. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1141. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1142. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1143. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
1144. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
1145. the conditions stated in this License.
1146. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1147. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1148. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1149. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1150. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
1151. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
1152. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
1153. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
1154. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
1155. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
1156. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
1157. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
1158. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
1159. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
1160. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
1161. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
1162. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
1163. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
1164. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
1165. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
1166. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
1167. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
1168. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
1169. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
1170. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
1171. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
1172. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
1173. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
1174. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
1175. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
1176. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1177. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
1178. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
1179. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
1180. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
1181. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
1182. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
1183. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
1184. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
1185. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
1186. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.
1187. END OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1285. 1. Definitions.
1286. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
1287. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
1288. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
1289. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
1290. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
1291. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
1292. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
1293. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
1294. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
1295. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the

1297. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
1298. exercising permissions granted by this License.
1299. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
1300. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
  1301. source, and configuration files.
1302. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
1303. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
1304. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
1305. and conversions to other media types.
1306. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
1307. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
1308. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
1309. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
1310. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
1311. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
1312. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
1313. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
1314. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
1315. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
1316. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
1317. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
1318. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
1319. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
1320. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
1321. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
1322. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
1323. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
1324. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
1325. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
1326. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
1327. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but

1330. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
1331. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and

1334. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  1335. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1336. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
1337. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
1338. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
1339. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1340. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  1341. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable

1343. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
1344. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
1345. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
1346. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
1347. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
1348. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
1349. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
1350. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
1351. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
1352. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
1353. as of the date such litigation is filed.
1354. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
1355. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
1356. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  1357. meet the following conditions:
1358. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
1359. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
1360. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
1361. stating that You changed the files; and
1362. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
1363. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
1364. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
1365. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  1366. the Derivative Works; and
1367. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
1368. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
1369. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
1370. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
1371. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
1372. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
1373. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1374. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1375. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1376. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
1377. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
1378. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
1379. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
1380. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
1381. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  1382. as modifying the License.
1383. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1384. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1385. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1386. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
1387. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
1388. the conditions stated in this License.
1389. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1390. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1391. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1392. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1393. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
1394. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
1395. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
1396. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
1397. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
1398. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
1399. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
1400. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
1401. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
1402. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
1403. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
1404. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
1405. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A

1407. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
1408. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
1409. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
1410. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
1411. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
1412. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
1413. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
1414. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
1415. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
1416. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
1417. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
1418. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
1419. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1420. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
1421. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
1422. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
1423. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
1424. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
1425. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
1426. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
1427. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
1428. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
1429. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

1454. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
  1455. 1. Definitions.
1456. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
1457. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
1458. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
1459. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
1460. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
1461. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
1462. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
1463. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
1464. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
1465. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
1466. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
1467. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
1468. exercising permissions granted by this License.
1469. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
1470. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
  1471. source, and configuration files.
1472. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
1473. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
1474. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
1475. and conversions to other media types.
1476. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
1477. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
1478. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
1479. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
1480. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
1481. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
1482. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
1483. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
1484. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
1485. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
1486. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
1487. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
1488. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
1489. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
1490. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
1491. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
1492. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
1493. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
1494. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
1495. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
1496. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
1497. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
1498. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
1499. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
1500. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
1501. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
1502. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
1503. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1504. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  1505. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1506. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
1507. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
1508. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
1509. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1510. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  1511. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1512. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
1513. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
1514. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
1515. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
1516. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
1517. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
1518. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
1519. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
1520. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
1521. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
1522. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
1523. as of the date such litigation is filed.
1524. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
1525. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
1526. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  1527. meet the following conditions:
1528. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
1529. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
1530. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
1531. stating that You changed the files; and
1532. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
1533. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
1534. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
1535. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  1536. the Derivative Works; and
1537. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
1538. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
1539. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
1540. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
1541. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
1542. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
1543. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1544. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1545. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1546. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
1547. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
1548. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
1549. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
1550. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
1551. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  1552. as modifying the License.
1553. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1554. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1555. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1556. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
1557. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
1558. the conditions stated in this License.
1559. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1560. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1561. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1562. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1563. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
1564. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
1565. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
1566. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
1567. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
1568. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
1569. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
1570. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
1571. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
1572. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
1573. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
1574. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
1575. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
1576. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
1577. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
1578. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
1579. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
1580. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
1581. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
1582. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
1583. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
1584. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
1585. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
1586. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
1587. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
1588. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
1589. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1590. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
1591. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
1592. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
1593. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
1594. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
1595. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
1596. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
1597. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
1598. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
1599. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

  1625. 1. Definitions.
1626. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,

1632. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
1633. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the

1657. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
1658. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
1659. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
1660. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
1661. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
1662. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"

1728. the conditions stated in this License.
1729. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1730. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
